Shipping Policy
At ESME, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry crafted with care. All of our pieces are made-to-order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Production & Delivery Time
• Made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 2–3 weeks of production time before shipping.
• Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery within Denmark typically takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping Area
At the moment, we only ship within Denmark.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping across Denmark, regardless of order size.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ESME jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our policies are as follows:

Returns
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.
• Items must be in their original condition – worn only as if tried on in a store, and undamaged.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged,

Exchanges
• You can exchange an item for a different size or finish.
• If you wish to exchange an item for a completely different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Warranty
• All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law, covering manufacturing defects.
